New  Haunting, Thrilling Fiction for Teens!

These recent titles are excellent for cold fall nights.  Grab some hot cider and cozy up with a good book.  

Beasts of Prey by Anya Gray.  Koffi is an indentured servant at the deadly and magical Night Zoo.  She realizes she possesses a secret power to help her family.

Bent Heavens by Daniel Kraus.  Liv's fathers claimed to have been abducted by aliens, and now he's gone.  She and her friend set out traps for aliens.  When they catch one, they realize her Dad wasn't lying.

White Smoke by Tiffany D. Jackson.  A family moves from a California beach town to a tiny Midwestern city.  This eerie haunted house has everything a ghostly story requires.

Witches of Willow Cove by Josh Roberts.   The new stranger in town offers to teach young witches her craft.  Is she really being helpful?

Me (Moth) by Amber McBride.  A ghost story, a love story, and a coming-of-age story.  Dancer Moth loses her family in a tragic accident and struggles with grief by taking a road trip with her new friend Sani.

A Lesson in Vengeance by Victoria Lee.  Felicity returns to the Dalloway School after her girlfriend's tragic death and meets a new student investigating the school's occult history.

Burn Our Bodies Down by Rory Power.  A twisty thriller in which a girl returns to her mother's hometown--where history seems to repeat itself.

Cemetery Boys  by Aiden Thomas.  A Latinx boy tries to prove he's a sorcerer to find the ghost of his murdered cousin.  Unfortunately, the ghost he summons is the wrong one, and he just won't go away.

Ghost Wood Song by Erica Waters.  Shady Grove inherited her father's ability to call ghosts from the grave with his fiddle.  When her brother is accused of murder, she'll have to use the fiddle to make the ghosts sing.
