Dear Putnam Street Garage Tag Holder:
We are happy to announce that the Putnam Street Garage will be undergoing much needed concrete and plumbing repairs beginning on Monday, October 1, 2018. The work will be completed in two phases, beginning with the concrete repairs and finishing with the plumbing repairs. During the repair work, each level of the garage will be closed to parking one at a time beginning with the top level and moving down as work progresses.
Work on level five will begin on Monday, October 1, 2018. All cars, trucks, trailers, boats and motorcycles must be removed from level five of the garage no later than Sunday, September 30, 2018. Any vehicles remaining on level five after that date will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Additional notices will go out as each level is closed, and as levels are reopened.
Please note that traffic patterns will be altered on some of the levels during the repair work. Altered drive lanes will be marked with signs, cones and caution tape.
The repairs are expected to take approximately eight weeks to complete.
Tag Holders displaying their tags may park at the following locations for free during the repairs:
Please note that neither trailers nor boats may be parked on city streets at any time. Trailers and boats may be moved to the Boulder Street Garage during the repairs.
A credit will be given to customers on a future invoice based on the time their parking space is unavailable to them.
Please refer billing questions only to Jennifer Rannikko at 978-829-1830. For all other questions, please contact Marcus Scott at 978-729-4083.
We appreciate your patience during this project.
